Daddy Turns 30!

We had a great time celebrating the 30 years God has blessed Andy with. He is such a blessing to so many! We are MUCH better people for having him in our lives! He points us to Christ.

We celebrated on Friday at home.







Then went to Richmond to celebrate on Saturday. We went to the Chidren's Museum of Richmond then out for pizza. Then Gigi and GranRan took the boys back to Charlottesville and the A Team stayed in Richmond to have some more fun.

We went out to dinner, stayed at a hotel that night and then went to one of my favorite places on earth, Belle Isle.

After finding the name Annabelle randomly and realizing how much we loved it, I went researching the name. Among all of the family name references Annabelle has, the first thing that came up when I researched 'Belle' was this Isle. I had completely forgotten the name of the park until then. It was just another confirmation that we had chosen the right name.

It was awesome to be able to take Belle to Belle Isle and to share with her all the fun times we've had there in the past and to tell her the story of her name.

Little Gym Show

Samuel is taking classes at The Little Gym and loves it! Even though most kids would love going there at this age, we especially wanted Samuel to go. Keeping his small frame in mind, most sports will be out of the question for the long haul. Gymnastics has proven to be the perfect fit for him for right now and we hope that continues.

At the end of each semester they have a show for families. Gigi couldn't wait to attend and cheer her grandson on! It was an adorable performance.

I love to see the ceativity of God and how he has created each one of our children so different from one another.

Quick Visit With Family

My aunt and uncle were driving through the area so we met up for a quick visit. (It was the first time they had met Annabelle.) We made the very most out of a short visit. The boys and Uncle Dave sure had a blast together. 3 peas in a pod!

We have benefited so many times from family and friends driving through and being able to stop since we're so close to so many things. Living in Charlottesville has been such a blessing in so many ways. I love visitors!

Kids Museum

Visiting Daddy's Work

Sometime in early January we went to the children's museum in Charlottesville which is right by Andy's work, so we decided to go in to visit since it was a Saturday and they can't really have guests visit during the week. It was great to finally see inside where he works. The kids of course had a blast!

A Typical Photo Shoot

All parents can sympathize with me that for every good picture you get of your kids, there are most likely 25 that didn't come out as you would have liked.

This photo shoot is a perfect example. Many hilarious ones and a couple keepers.

Annabelle never sits still. If you place her sitting down she will rock back and forth, mouth wide open and just make noise the entire time.










Crazy faces and all, I simply cannot get enough of this girl!!!
