Rosemary has literally smiled since birth. She would make eye contact with a family member and smile at them. It was startling at first. We weren't quite sure what to think about it. Our doctor said it is extremely rare that a baby be born with the ability to smile at others, but possible. Our sweet Rosemary is one of the few. We haven't been able to capture many of her smiles, but this is a cute one.
