If you know anything about our Samuel, you know that this kid is obsessed with snow! Last year he prayed for it fervently at least once a day. He prays big, and God answers this kid's prayers, we are certain of that. Last year Charlottesville had the most snow in history!
As soon as the temperature started dropping this fall, he was already dreaming of his days in the snow.
Earlier this month we were on our way to get our Christmas tree and it started to snow. What a magical time it was for the kids. It wasn't very much, but it was enough to get them fully fixed on praying for more.

Well today, his prayers were answered, again! We got about 3 inches. Samuel has groomed Joseph now to pray for snow so they are quite the little tag team sending their prayers up. Today was a great day enjoying their answer to prayer.
We had a great day in the snow, sledding, making snow angels, and catching snow in our mouths, but of course they had to go out with Daddy after work and do manly things in the snow, like wrestle and have a snowball fight. Best of both worlds, I suppose.
Take Samuel's word for it, there is no prayer too big or too small for God. He cares about them all and loves to hear his children pray, the big ones and the small ones.

Amy, they should be here in NY this month......we have broken all records...with over 70 inches since the 4th of Dec. Remember the igloo you and Andy made in the backyard? You could easily do it in both thee front and bacckyards now. This is an interesting winter for us. So, come on up if you need more excitement. Gram
We are so jealous! The boys would be beyond thrilled to be in all of that snow. Love you!
