We had some last night on the grill and had some salmon sushi tonight. It's pretty neat eating fish that your husband caught the day before! It felt weird not having pizza tonight, but this was a special occasion.
The salmon sushi tonight was wonderful! We had a teriyaki sauce on it last night and we just used the leftovers and added some cream cheese in with the rice and salmon. Samuel even liked it. But then again, he's a strange kid! He ate 3 entire seaweed wraps plain today! I thought he was kidding when he said he wanted some. He loved them. I had no idea.
