You'll love hearing, "I'm the mommy." "These are my babies." However, girls still poop.... so that word will probably not drop too far down on the list. We're thrilled for you to be adding a girl to your family.
But do girls talk about poop 90% of the day??? I sure hope not :)

Have lots of hope! Girls (as though both of mine talk!) really only feel the need to talk about poop when they have an urge to actually use the potty. Girls really are different from boys... even from birth. Much less grunting for sure!
The little girl I babysit (she's two) talks about poop and pee constantly. She also tells me who has penises and who has "na nas." And she asks to see my "ba bas" at least once every time I watch her.
I tried to teach her the word "private," as in, "My ba bas are private."
But of course, all this poop and body talk thing might just be for show, since I'm just the babysitter. Maybe with her parents, she's more demure!
Allison - that is hilarious! It seems as though boys are just always going to be programed to like that kind of talk, but with girls maybe it's more of gamble.
I'm guessing though with two older brother I don't have much luck at her being more 'polite'.
