i love gardening also. have you tried dehydrating your young cucumbers and yellow squash? i also had a bag of carrots that were getting ready to be too soft so i steamed, peeled, and sliced and dehydrated them too. i use them like you would potato chips when eating salsa. (wish i had enough tomatoes to make my own)
